Ok so today im going to talk to you guys quickly about this inexpensive yet effective product that helps clear up acne, blackheads, large pores and red irritated skin.
Some people i chat to often ask what i do to control outbreaks or natural things they can use to calm down irritated skin causing redness and pimples or some kind of reaction you may get to some harsh ingredients you may be using in over the counter cosmetics and those ones that cost a fortune and promise results, um no, its not about the packaging, what celebrity uses it, or how expensive it is, cos most of the products that you see advertising DONT WORK, and all those claiming to be natural products are SO NOT. its good to do your research and also through trial and error you will find things that work for you.
But anyway i use all natural ingredients, masks, treatments, skin care hair care etc. January 4th 2012 i threw away all of my cosmetics that iv been using throughout the years trying to perfect my skin texture and appearance. i decided i wanted to start getting into my cosmetic chemistry course, and my own reaserch and testings on what really works, im still in the process of research and testing but as i go along i want to share with you guys things thats helped me an may help you also.
i dont suffer with acne any more, i THINK i did in high school although i think it may of been all that hair grease and gel i used *hides face* but by 17 it was all gone. i then went to beauty school and using the products provided on the course really kickd started it back up again, i had bad rosacea and sufferd with cystic acne for the remainder of the course, i stopped using those products and withdrew from every facial class unless it was me doin it on a client. i didnt want NO ONE or nothing to touch my face. it was so depressing as iv never suffered with it befor only until now an i was convinced it was the products i was using in class. i then started using Dermalogica on myself and also on my clients found that better on their skin also, (so that crap stuff they be supplying us with in beauty school can really go do one,)it started to balance out my skin and clear it up. iv never had a problem with my skin unless it was a reaction to a product or probably hormone related. ei stress or my menstrual cycle. but i did have to deal with the scaring left from the series of acne befor. i never use to wear makeup so my skincare regime would be a simple wash with a facial soap NEUTROGENA, a apricot scrub like once a week or so and then followed by a moisturiser. the scaring faded within a month, so its pretty simple to keep my face under control and even providing i stay away from those harsh chemicals, and stick to what my face knows best, products for sensitive skin and that is oil free.
sooooo anyway back to the subject of this item im going to get into in a sec. I now hav been suffering with red irritated skin and breakouts for the last 3weeks now, jus BAM over night i got these pimples an more and more, i am thinking its a new foundation i bought called MATCHMASTER FOUNDATION by MAC and what i also started using this year is a fade cream for my scaring on my face called AMBI Fade cream. Now these are the two things iv started using that i haven’t used befor an if thats the reason behind my break outs and unruly skin recently then ill only find out if i STOP using these products completely, my breakouts have calmed down but as it clears another one or two will come up in another area few days later, lol great.
so again im not to sure if its a reaction or a acne condition surfacing, my face isnt my friend at the moment it wont communicate with me, Arrrrgggg!!! :(
iv been researching this regime iv just discovered and its had great reviews, its abit on the expensive side but i wanna clear this mess up once an for all an no harm in trying so once i get it and start using it ill share with you the results. subscribe to my youtube channel for updates. meanwhile iv been using BAKING SODA. Yep right there in the kitchen, Baking soda, now i started using this freely when brushing my teeth as i kno it to work on whitening teeth. so i got familiar with it through that then i heard its good for the face. i researched it and started to use it, face masks, gentle scrub, and for taking down redness and minimising large pours. THIS stuff works. for me anyway. its simple all u need to do is
FACE WASH/ CLEANSE a lil Baking soda in your hand an work into ur face with water for about 30 seconds and wash off.
*FACE MASK* use 2tbsp of water and 3tbsp of Baking soda to form a paste then apply it to ur face leaving it for 10-15minutes and rinse with warm water, pat face dry.
*TEETH WHITENING* just use it with water to create a paste and brush away at ya teeth. i then use my aloe vera no fluoride toothpaste after just to get that taste out my mouth, cos ain no one said it taste good. eww
TRY IT AND LET ME KNOW IF IT WORKED :-)
